KANZI® apple brioche pudding with caramel sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease a 26cm (5cm deep) round baking dish. Arrange brioche and half of the KANZI® apple in dish. Whisk cream, eggs and 1/3 cup sugar in a jug until combined. Pour over brioche. Stand for 10 minutes to soak.
- Arrange remaining KANZI® apple over brioche. Combine butter and remaining sugar in a small bowl. Brush KANZI® apple with butter mixture. Bake for 50 minutes, covering with foil if overbrowning, or until golden and set. Stand for 5 minutes.
- Serve topped with ice-cream and drizzled with sauce.
