KANZI® Apple Pretzel Bark

INGREDIENTS

  • 375g chocolate of choice

  • 50 mini pretzels (or 25 regular pretzels)

  • 3 KANZI® apples, diced

  • ¼ cup walnuts, finely chopped

  • 6 medjool dates, pitted & roughly chopped

  • ¼ cup milk of choice

INSTRUCTIONS

Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Melt chocolate in the microwave or using double boiler method & pour onto lined tray, using a spatula to smooth to an even layer.

Layer pretzels across chocolate in rows (keep any leftovers). Then top with diced KANZI® apples, walnuts & any leftover pretzels, roughly crushed.

Place dates in a small saucepan over medium heat & slowly add milk, mixing until smooth paste forms. Spoon over chocolate bark.

Transfer chocolate bark to the freezer for 1 hour or until solid, then remove from freezer, slice into 12 pieces and enjoy. Can be stored in airtight container in the fridge for up to one month.
