Pasta salad with KANZI® apple & prawns

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the penne paste al dente, in line with the instructions on the packaging. Add the peas for the last 2 mins of cooking. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.
- Peel the KANZI® apples and cut them into ½ cm slices. Cut the slices into thin strips.
- Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Chop the shallots and put these in a bowl together with the cucumber. Stir in the apple vinegar.
- Set aside a few nice sprigs of dill and finely chop the rest.
- Create a cocktail sauce of the mayonnaise, cream and ketchup. Season with pepper, salt and possibly a dash of whiskey.
- Now mix the pasta with peas in a large bowl with the cucumber, shallots, apple strips and 2/3 of the prawns. Finally, add the dill and the cocktail sauce and thoroughly mix the salad.
- Serve the salad on plates and divide the rest of the prawns on top. Garnish with the sprigs of dill.
