KANZI® Apple Pie Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 KANZI® apples, cored and roughly chopped

  • 2 bananas, frozen and sliced

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1⁄4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1⁄2 cup almond milk

  • 1⁄2 cup plain unsweetened Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 cup ice (adjust as necessary)

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add extra ice and/or frozen banana.
Taste and add maple syrup if desired.

NOTES:
Any dairy or plant-based milk will work in this recipe. I recommend almond or oat milk.
