KANZI® APPLE BURGER
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Remove the core of the Kanzi® apple with a corer. Cut the apple in thin slices. Place the slices next to each other on a baking tray covered in baking paper.
- Place the bacon on the apple slices and cook them in the preheated oven for 10 min.
- Cut the burger buns in half and put them in the oven with the apple for approx. 3 min.
- Cook the beefburgers in the oil in a frying pan in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.
- Finely chop the dill and mix in a bowl with the mayonnaise and yoghurt. Add salt and pepper as required. Cut the tomato in slices.
- Spread the dill-mayonnaise onto the buns then add, after each other, the romaine leaves, a slice of apple and bacon, the beefburger, another slice of apple and bacon and slices of tomato. Cover with the top of the bun and hold together with a bamboo mini-skewer.
