KANZI® APPLE OAT BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Kanzi® apple
  • 3 pitted medjool dates, cored and chopped
  • 100 g (1 cup) oats
  • 90 g (1cup) walnut pieces
  • 25 g (1/3 cup) desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dessiccated coconut for rolling

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Makes 20

  • Preparation: 15 minutes

Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until broken down. You want a little texture but it should easily form into balls.

Roll the mixture into 19 tablespoon size balls, roll in coconot to coat.
