Overnight oats with KANZI® apple

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 dried apricots

  • 200 g oat flakes (or porridge oats)

  • 650 ml milk

  • 50 g cranberries

  • 75 g walnuts

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 KANZI® apples

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop the apricots into small pieces and mix with the oats, milk, cranberries, walnuts and chia seeds. Add a pinch of salt and the honey and mix well. Transfer to an airtight box and place in the fridge overnight (minimum 8 hours).
  2. Dice the KANZI® apples. Mix half of the cubes into the overnight oats. Divide into portions and serve with the remaining apple cubes. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon, adding extra honey if desired.

Vegan tip: make this dish vegan-friendly by replacing the milk with a plant-based alternative and the honey with agave syrup.
