To modern-day athletes who listen to their favorite beats to get into the zone before competition.  And just to show how powerful it really is, music has been banned by several athletic governing bodies as it seen as performance enhancing and gives an unfair advantage.    But music can be used in many ways throughout your day, to help you no matter what you want to achieve. Uplifting music to give you energy at the start of the day, rhythmic beats to manage your energy and keep you focused at work, or downtempo beats to help you relax after a hectic day. Music is one of the most versatile and enjoyable tools for managing our energy levels. 

YOUR MUSIC ENERGY HACKS

  • Think about where you would like help managing energy levels throughout your day. Common examples are becoming energized in the mornings, helping remain energized but focused throughout the day, getting an energy boost during exercise, or helping getting rid of excess energy in the evening to settle into the night. 
  • Pick one or two of these situations and experiment with different music playlists that you think will help you achieve the kind of energy level you want.
