Flammkuchen with KANZI® apple & bacon

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 200°
- Roll out the dough with baking paper and cut into 6 equal pieces. Possibly round off the corners to get the real Flammkuchen shape. Place them next to each other on a baking tray.
- Cut the red onion into half rings. Strip the leaves from the sprigs of thyme.
- Peel the KANZI® apple and cut into small cubes.
- Spoon the crème fraîche across the pieces of dough. Keep 1 cm clear from the edge.
- Subsequently cover the Flammkuchen with the bacon strips, red onion and apple cubes. Sprinkle with the thyme.
- Bake the Flammkuchen in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the baked Flammkuchen with some rocket leaves and drizzle with a little olive oil.
