Power Smoothie made from beetroot & KANZI® apple

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the KANZI® apples into wedges and remove the core. Cut the beetroot into wedges too.
- Cut the cucumber into 5 pieces. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Pluck the leaves from the sprigs of mint and set 4 nice leaves aside.
- Puree the apple pieces with the cucumber, beetroot, ginger, mint, lemon and apple juice in a blender.
- Divide the smoothie across 4 large glasses and serve with the leaves of mint you set aside.
Tip: Add a little water for a somewhat thinner smoothie.
