Overnight oats with KANZI® apple

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop the apricots into small pieces and mix with the oats, milk, cranberries, walnuts and chia seeds. Add a pinch of salt and the honey and mix well. Transfer to an airtight box and place in the fridge overnight (minimum 8 hours).
- Dice the KANZI® apples. Mix half of the cubes into the overnight oats. Divide into portions and serve with the remaining apple cubes. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon, adding extra honey if desired.
Vegan tip: make this dish vegan-friendly by replacing the milk with a plant-based alternative and the honey with agave syrup.
